space+ nadine zinser-junghanns

space+ atelier is an interdisciplinary, research-based architecture and design platform in munich, founded in 2011 (under the name workbench21) by nadine zinser-junghanns. at the intersection of architecture and design, space+ atelier conceptually explores and expands the boundaries of spatial and object design, with a focus on aesthetic innovation and hybrid methods such as extended reality (XR) and artificial intelligence (AI).

since 2013, nadine zinser-junghanns has held the professorship for architecture and design at TH Köln, where she also leads the space+ studio and the integrated space+ lab. the close link between academic research and practice enables ongoing experimentation and the development of innovative approaches to real, virtual, and hybrid spaces.
